Portrait of an actor

An actor in the play the Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter. Made during rehearsal.

  1. Were you there in professional mode, doing some sort of publicity for the production? I like the B&W - it gives the portrait character.

    1. Exactly that. I put up some back in November around the time I made them. But I wanted to allow them to use their choice for publicity. And not cross.

    2. Ohh the play is about two state employed assassin's awaiting their next victim. Only to discover that it's this guy. One of the two waiting.

    4. It explores the ordinary nature of those that commit horror. Guards as Auschwitz for instance.

  2. Whenever I go to an art gallery, I am always attracted to the photography section and even more so to the section of portraits of people. It fascinates me how people capture the spirit of people in a single shot.

    1. No light in the eyes because this character is an assassin. I might print this large and send it to the Hibernian Academy summer show.
