Photos from Woodstock

  1. I never tire of the landscape photos with lots of old stone work, be it bridge or building, in the background.

  2. Woodstock? What is the building in the second shot? I think my favorite is the last one...something about that cloudy sky and how it fits in with the rest of the composition. Beautiful.

  3. It seems they aren't resizing. OK. 1, is a Milliner shop. I looked at this and saw the hats and thought to myself whoe the hell is a milliner these days. Well it seems Linda McKay is. It was like finding a shop selling crinolines.
2 is a mill. I don't know if it's a grain mill or a woollen mill, or even at different times both.
3 was just weird, and has so many double ententes that it just has to be someone that doesn't see it.
4 is a bridge over the Nore river. It has two names Kilmacshane or Brownstown bridge

  4. What is the architectural style of those village shop, or ones like that? They're so much fun to look at and photograph with all the colors. The blue accents on the hat shop and color on that chocolate shop makes me smile. They are so cheery!

    1. I have quite a few more. But I must figure out how to display them first. I have a shot of the inside of the hat shop window and it's more a sweet shop than a clothes shop.
