Ohh good heavens no. This is as busy as a Sunday in July. And last week there was hardly no one. We've had a really odd Autumn. Really really dry for the most part. Not you dry of course, but for us, absolutely.
She's rarely on a lead. Those two, a tan lab and a Lassie type collie are friends of hers. We meet them regularly. And she goes through the same game of stalking them until they are about 40 yerds away when bounces into action and tries to get them to play games. They are the only 'two' dogs where she is relaxed with both. Normally she'd very wary of two, fine with one. The woman in the top phot is in the 2nd one too. And when I passed the group I saw she was taking a selfie. When I got to her I asked if she wanted me to take a shot of her with her own phone. That's how I got the info about Virginia. I told you I found a 25c US piece on the mountain last Spring.
It looks like a busy day on the mountain? Is fall a busy time for travel there?

It appears the dogs are all off-lead. I'm assuming you had Jess with you (on her lead)?
