Not really. There's a bit in the gully's on the north side of the mountain. But not a bit here.
And yep, she utterly adores the stuff. She bites it and prances about in it. But the one I took of her on Sunday she looks like she's being scolded, and she isn't.
My dog before Rigby was with me in New England and she had such fun in it too. I love the prancing and the humping! Once we had about 4 feet of snow on April fools day, and she disappeared when she jumped in! Rigby had a small taste when we last got a dusting of snow when she was little. So cute!
On the snow. She had a forest of ice on her face. All the guide hairs on her mussel has growths of icicles. But I couldn't bring out the camera in those conditions. Mind you I was the same. All the beard was iced up. Fun !!!.
In the 1st one the cloud you see is the leading edge of the snow storm front having met the mountain. Where I am is still, windless, but up there there's quite a wind blowing.
The bottom one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteWith the sheep. They look dirty when you see them against the snow.
DeleteOh wow! Amazing sight! Is there any left from Sunday? Does Jess enjoy playing around in it?

Like Ed, I think the last shot is my favorite... but they're all lovely. The horizon in that first shot, as it slopes up to the clouds, is wonderful!
