    1. Oddly, she doesn't take too much notice. She does throw an eye over it but mostly it's ignored, studiously. :-)

  2. Did you just get it?!?! Tell me more. :)
I'm wondering if Rigby would try to grab at it, knock it with her paws, or roll around on it like she does with her toys.

    1. Yeppers, I did. I was out shopping and spotted the thing. And frankly without your floors being in my mind it might've passed unnoticed.
The robot I have lusted after is the hoovering one, this is a duster slash polisher. But what's hard to call is just how useful this thing is, I'll say in a few weeks. But it's certainly amusing to watch.
What does change is the 'things' on the floor. You really do see the clutter for the thing gets stymied for a bit or outright stuck.

    2. Yah, a lot of the reviews have mentioned that it gets itself stuck or going back over the same place. I guess what I don't understand is the difference between the the one you want and this one? This one doesn't vacuum? What does it do with all the dust it dusts? Do you use a cleaning product with it?
If I bite the bullet, I'm definitely getting one that SUCKS THE HAIR UP! :)
The packaging on this thing makes me giggle a little. With this robot the couple has so much free time to what, watch the robot. ;) I'm not doing that!

  3. We have a "Roomba" and I think it's used more for my husband's amusement than for real cleaning (I prefer the vacuum/Swiffer approach). Our dogs just avoid it, like they do the regular vacuum.

    1. Yeah that's the thing I want. I just want to clear the floor once and then let that thing loose on them.
On the dog's reaction, I thought she'd have more of an issue quite frankly.

  4. I've wondered how these things work and I'll look forward to your report. In the meantime, you are sure to have some fun with it!

  5. I've seen versions of that for carpet and they seem okay. I have held off thus far until the kids are older and don't leave their toys everywhere.

    1. Yeah, it's the carpet one I really want. That's a hoover as it sucks in the dust and whathaveya. You can even set then to operate once you've left the homestead.
