There certainly were a lot of people there. When I take photographs, I like mine to be people free which makes taking photographs challenging at popular locations. Generally I try to get there early which I think is one of the better times to take photographs anyway.
I rarely go where people are a major feature. But this was amusing.
Plus, I thought it was amusing since I had the girl with the control for the drone isolated in the frame of the image. Giving the impression there was just the two of us up there. :-)
This is why I don't travel in the summer. I'm assuming it's not like that the rest of the year. I agree with Kelly...this looks like hiking in LA for goodness sake!!! ;) Funnily enough, on my walk last night there was a drone "following me". Now, I'm almost certain it wasn't really following me, but it was above me with that irritating sound for about 2/3 of my walk. Because it was dark out, the blinking light was also on looking like an eye. I was tempted to raise a certain finger up at it, but was afraid it'd end up in the community newspaper or something. :) I hate those things!!
Ah no. It's an easy spot to get too, and it's a relatively short walk from the car. But as I said to Kelly, it was to juxtapose the previous issue with the crown that was there.

ReplyDeleteYes, but only there. It a kind of beauty spot that people go to after mass of a Sunday. It wouldn't be as busy during the week.
DeleteThis is a shock considering you rarely have people in your photos! You've shattered my image of your quiet little place in paradise! ;)

DeleteYeah, not really sure about those things at all.
I get it. And as much as we might sometimes object to crowds, when we go, we become part of it! (I think that is called irony).
