What I've been pleased with is the drip drip nature of it. In the past I've found learning a language in the traditional way meant I would forget large chunks if I wasn't keeping it up. And it was shocking how rapidly this occurred too. And it's also different playing into an academic language for while active isn't living. So while the concept of purity will have herbs and spice unique in each and all the essential meat is the same.
