Trevi fountain out of a hounds eat.

Bandaging solution off the youtube. I had it staunched with a finger plaster and the spray but she left it be for ages then shook like a lunatic and in was back, ooooh boy was it back.

  1. Oh, bless her heart! An ear wound on a dog is like a head wound on a child.... bleeds like a stuck pig! We had a similar incident with Mabel awhile back and, after trying everything known to man, I had to end up taking her to the vet and having it cauterized. She now has a noticeable notch in her ear.

I hope Jess feels better soon and lets it heal.

    1. I didn't think of heat sealing it. But that's what happens in surgery on little capillary bleeders. We forget of course that dogs use their ears to regulate internal temperature. And that's why see erupted with blood.
      Today seems better.
The bandage survived the night and protected the band-aid and spray bandage underneath. But she was no sooner up and about before she had the blue bandage off. She was rebandaged from the red before bed. :-)

  2. I am reminded of the time my dog Ted got into a fight with a raccoon which was doing a dandy job of shredding his ears. For the rest of his life, Ted had many notches to his ears from that fight.
