I can tell you it was really scary walking into that space that first afternoon when it was totally empty. And my stuff was expected to hold it for three weeks. But nothing ventured and all that jazz.
It's better to write a whole heap of steaming horse apples and get going than to stew for fecking months looking at a blank page of nothingness. It's easier to edit something that exists than to write perfect phrases straight out the traps.
These look wonderful and I hope we get to see them closer up (and with their history) once the show closes - including the portrait. :)
